I use secure systems to store my client’s contact details, therapy contract and session notes.

I hold and securely store my clients’ personal data (including their email address) to communicate with them, answer their queries and provide them with professional and safe therapy services.

If I store my clients’ phone number on my mobile phone for correspondence, I will store it there with their initials or a code rather than their full name.

When I hold your personal data, you have various rights in relation to it under the data protection legislation. These include:
