Fee Accessibility & Sliding Scale
In order to provide an accessible Specialist OCD service, I charge a standard fee that is considerably below OCD specialist pricing rates. In addition to this there are some further discounted slots for those in difficult financial circumstances.
I trust clients to choose a fee that reflects both their financial reality and the value of OCD specific CBT therapy
Standard Rate: £95/session
Discounted Rate: £75/session: For those who require a further discounted fee to be able to access therapy.
Sign-posting to organisations supporting low cost therapy: If you need further fee adjustments, I could sign-post you to organisations that have funding to offer that. Please don’t hesitate to mention if that is the case.
One-off sessions (£95 fixed rate): I can also offer you a single session, if you are not yet ready to start OCD treatment but would just like to understand you OCD & the treatment options more clearly. Depending on what I gather from that session, I may share OCD self-help resources (reading and videos) or OCD guided groups most suited to your needs. You can then start engaging with these until you are ready to work with a therapist.
Private Healthcare Insurance: I am a recognised provider with several insurance companies. Please check fee if paying through your insurance.
